  • 2                  Yuzu
  • 2                  Fish fillet
  • Some           Shimeji   mushroom
  • Some           Lotus root
  • Some           Spinach
  • Some           Dashi

Sauce

  • 1tbs             Ponzu sauce
  • 1tsp             sesame
  • Little            Yuzu pepper

Preparation

  1. Cut one-third from the top of the yuzu, take out the inside.

Cooking

  1. Add ingredients according to the size of the yuzu.
  2. Add soup stock and steam for 15min.
