- Some Lotus root

- Some Dashi
Sauce
- 1tbs Ponzu sauce
- 1tsp sesame
- Little Yuzu pepper
Preparation
- Cut one-third from the top of the yuzu, take out the inside.
Cooking
- Add ingredients according to the size of the yuzu.
- Add soup stock and steam for 15min.
