Combination of Umami
Chicken (Inoshinic acid) x Napa cabbages (Glutamic asid)
Ingradients
- Ingredients A
- 200g Ground chicken
- 1 tbs Chopped green onion
- 1 tsp Chopped ginger
- 1/3 Chopped Enoki mushroom
- Some Carrot
- 1 tsp Mirin
- 1 tsp Miso
- Ingredients B
- 3 cup Soup
- 1 tbs Sake
- 1 tbs Mirin
- 4 tbs Soy sauce
Preparation
Cooking
- Boil the Napa cabbage until it is cooked enough to be rolled.
- Mix the Ingredients A in to the boul.
- Place the quartered pieces 2 in front of the Napa cabbage, rolled it up.
- Combine Ingredients B in to the pot, heat up when it boils, add 3 .
- Simmer for 20min to cook the meat.
