Chicken  (Inoshinic acid)   x     Napa cabbages  (Glutamic asid)

Ingradients

  • 200g           Ground  chicken
  • 1 tbs           Chopped green onion
  • 1 tsp           Chopped ginger
  • 1/3             Chopped Enoki  mushroom
  • Some         Carrot
  • 1 tsp           Mirin
  • 1 tsp           Miso
  • Ingredients B
  • 3 cup          Soup
  • 1 tbs           Sake
  • 1 tbs           Mirin
  • 4 tbs           Soy sauce

Preparation

Cooking

  1. Boil the Napa cabbage until it is cooked enough to be rolled.
  2. Mix the Ingredients A in to the boul.
  3. Place the quartered pieces 2 in front of the Napa cabbage, rolled it  up.
  4. Combine Ingredients B in to the pot, heat up when it boils, add 3 .
  5. Simmer for 20min to cook the meat.
